Set of 2 pleat / strip cutters.
1x straight cutter
1x angled cutter - each end is opposite to go left or right with diagonal pleats.
Roll your paste to the thinnest setting or see through.
Cut multiple using the strip cutters and allow to sit for a few minutes to firm up to prevent them being too floppy.
Align the angle or straight edge with the base of the cake.
Overlap the next strip to form a pleat.
